CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Institutional Framework for Transaction Integrity

At Varthub E-commerce Marketplace Ltd, founded and led by Samuel Uchendu, we prioritize operational efficiency and the protection of our global vendor network. To ensure a seamless and secure commerce ecosystem, all order cancellations are governed by the following rigorous protocols.

1. GENERAL MERCHANDISE (NON-PERISHABLES)

Pre-Dispatch Phase: Buyers may initiate a cancellation for a 100% Wallet Refund exclusively prior to the Merchant updating the order status to "Dispatched" or "In-Transit."

Post-Dispatch Phase: Once an assignment has been handed to our logistics partners, cancellations are strictly prohibited. The Buyer must receive the shipment and, if eligible, initiate a formal 7-Day Return Request under our Fidelity Guarantee.

2. PERISHABLES, FOOD & CONSUMABLES

Due to the immediate capital outlay and the time-sensitive nature of food preparation:

The 5-Minute Grace Period: Buyers are granted a strict five (5) minute window post-order placement to cancel for a full Wallet Refund.

Merchant Acceptance: Once a Vendor confirms the order and commences preparation, the transaction is deemed irrevocable. No cancellations or refunds will be authorized.

Delivery "No-Show": If a logistics agent arrives at the designated coordinates and the Buyer is unreachable for ten (10) minutes, the order will be marked as "Delivered." No refund will be issued in this scenario.

3. CANCELLATION DISBURSEMENTS

Internal Wallet Reversal: To ensure the highest velocity of capital, all authorized cancellation refunds are disbursed instantly to the Varthub Digital Wallet.

Logistics Indemnity: In instances of failed delivery due to incorrect Buyer data, Varthub reserves the right to deduct the Base Delivery Fee from the refunded amount to compensate our logistics partners.

4. SYSTEM-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

Should a Vendor be unable to fulfill an obligation (inventory depletion) or in the event of a force majeure, Varthub E-commerce Marketplace Ltd, under the authority of its Founder Samuel Uchendu, will execute an Instant 100% Wallet Refund, including all associated service fees.
