Identity & Contact Data: Legal name, verified phone number, and delivery coordinates.

Transaction & Wallet Data: Order history and encrypted payment confirmations.

Technical & Logistics Data: Real-time GPS telemetry and device identifiers to prevent fraudulent access.

We share limited data solely to execute fulfillment:

Users of Varthub possess the following enforceable rights:

Right to Access & Audit: You may request a report of all data held by the platform.

Right to Erasure (De-registration): You may request the permanent deletion of your data and account at any time via the app settings or by emailing Support@varthub.com.

Right to Revoke Consent: You may withdraw your consent for data processing or tracking at any time. This can be managed through your device settings or the Varthub Privacy Menu.

5. DATA RETENTION & LEGAL HOLD

We retain personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfill service obligations and comply with statutory tax and audit requirements in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
