PURCHASE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

1. TRANSFERS & PAYMENTS

All transactions on Varthub E-commerce Marketplace Ltd are facilitated securely on behalf of our independent Vendors. Under the leadership of Founder Samuel Uchendu, Varthub operates as a fiduciary intermediary and is not the manufacturer or direct seller of the goods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this intermediary framework.

2. GENERAL GOODS: 7-DAY FIDELITY GUARANTEE

For all non-perishable items (including but not limited to Electronics, Fashion, and Industrial Goods), a strict seven (7) calendar day return window applies, starting from the OTP-verified timestamp of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Deemed Acceptance: If no return request is filed within 7 days, the sale is considered final under Varthub's Corporate Trade Protocols, and funds will be released to the Vendor.

3. FOOD & PERISHABLES: 2-HOUR INTEGRITY RULE

In strict accordance with NAFDAC hygiene regulations, food and perishable items are non-returnable to maintain ecosystem safety.

Quality Disputes: If an item is contaminated or sub-standard, you must report the issue via the Varthub Support Interface within two (2) hours of delivery.

Requirement: Photographic evidence is mandatory. Requests made after the 2-hour window are ineligible for credit.

4. REFUND ARCHITECTURE: THE VARTHUB WALLET

To ensure the highest capital velocity and fastest resolution, all authorized refunds are disbursed exclusively as Store Credit to your Internal Varthub Digital Wallet.

Immediate Liquidity: Wallet funds are available instantly for reinvestment across any vendor on the platform.

Withdrawals: Users may request a withdrawal to a linked Nigerian bank account, subject to a 2.5% administrative processing fee and a standard 3-5 business day clearing period.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ASSETS

The following items are strictly excluded from returns for hygiene and security reasons:

Underwear, Swimwear, and Earrings.

Opened Cosmetics, Beauty Products, or Perishables.

Digital Vouchers, Software, or Airtime.

Custom-made or Personalized industrial orders.

6. VENDOR LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

The Vendor is solely responsible for the authenticity and quality of the products. Varthub E-commerce Marketplace Ltd and its officers, including Samuel Uchendu, are indemnified against any claims arising from product defects. Our total liability is strictly capped at the original purchase price of the disputed order.
